Our values
What we believe.
WOKE isn't a political party. It's a set of values.
Compassion.
We care about people beyond ourselves.
Compassion means noticing pain that isn't yours and choosing to care anyway. It's the neighbor who brings soup, the stranger who stops to help. It doesn't ask who deserves it first.

Dignity.
Every person deserves to be treated as human.
No job, accent, bank balance or mistake makes someone less human. Dignity is the floor we never let anyone fall below — including people we don't like.

Equality.
Rights aren't rights if they depend on who you are.
The law should treat a janitor and a CEO the same way. Equality isn't about everyone being identical. It's about nobody getting a different set of rules.

Freedom.
Your freedom matters. So does mine.
Speak your mind. Worship how you choose, or not at all. Love who you love. Freedom only works when we defend it for people who use it differently than we would.

Truth.
Facts don't become false because they're uncomfortable.
We can disagree about what to do. We can't build anything on things that aren't true. Changing your mind when the evidence changes is a strength, not a weakness.

Democracy.
Government belongs to the people.
Not to the loudest, the richest or the most powerful. Democracy means showing up, voting, and accepting results — and making it easy for everyone else to do the same.

Courage.
Doing what is right isn't always popular.
Courage is speaking up in the room where it's awkward. It's standing next to the person everyone else is walking away from. Quiet courage counts too.

Decency.
How we treat people matters.
Decency is the stuff your grandmother taught you. Say thank you. Don't kick people when they're down. Win without gloating, lose without cruelty.

Opportunity.
Where you begin shouldn't decide where you can finish.
Talent is everywhere. Opportunity isn't. A kid's zip code shouldn't write the end of their story before they get to start it.

Responsibility.
Freedom comes with obligations to one another.
Own your choices. Pull your weight. Leave things better than you found them. Being free doesn't mean being alone — it means being trusted.
